CNC Milling.
CNC Milling.
2D and 3D shape cutting.
Our 3 axis CNC machine has a full standard sheet capacity and is able to cut a variety of materials from timber to plastics and aluminum. We have a large range of CNC tools and drills at hand, ready to cut various materials in any shape, accurately.
We utilise advanced CAM software to program the CNC to cut in two and three dimensional patterns. The CAM software also enables us to add useful helpers like ‘tabs’ and ‘dog bones’ to achieve tricky small parts and complex 3D parts.
Size of the machine bed.

You will need to supply some files to get an accurate price, here’s a quick guide.
Full sheets, 2D cuts only - start at $150 + GST. Excluding materials, bulk rates vary.
3D Milling of terrains or other 3D surfaces vary depending on level of detail, pockets etc. starting at $300 + GST, excluding materials.
Preferred file types.
Rhino3D(.3dm), 3D or 2D Autocad(.dwg and .dxf), Adobe Illustrator(.ai)
We can also usually convert just about any file type or work from ideas or sketches to produce the required files.
