Polygenic Design Studio is a Sydney based fabrication workshop dedicated to working together in the pursuit of designing and creating unique objects. We provide an innovative service combining material exploration with traditional and modern digital fabrication processes. Our design studio is experienced in producing high quality architectural models, for the purpose of development applications, competitions, presentations and marketing. Our manufacturing workshop, located in Brookvale NSW, is equipped with advanced fabrication tools that foster finely crafted works.

Polygenic Design Studio specialises in detailed architectural models at a variety of scales and for all stages of the design process. All made locally, right here in Sydney, Australia.
Laser Cutting
This process is able to cut or score fine detailed shapes in a variety of materials from acrylic to card. All we need is a simple 2D CAD file to cut or etch anything.
2D + 3D CNC Milling
Innovative three axis machining service providing high quality sheet cutting and advanced three dimensional surface milling from a range of materials.
3D Printing
Our in-house 3D printers provide cost-effective rapid prototyping in PLA and ABS. We can help turn your digital model and ideas into reality.
